Aim of the course
Asian trading partners have become more and more important in the globalized economy. However, many western companies are still unfamiliar with the specificities of the Asian and especially Chinese markets. The newly offered specialization course, which will be taught in English, is designed to give participants the understanding of the regulatory and legal characteristics of Asia's key markets and thus better assess opportunities and risks.

- Module 2: Country Specific Legal Aspects of Trade and Investment

Furthermore, the "One Belt One Road initiative" and possible investment and trading structures will be examined.
The second module deals with country-specific legal aspects of trade and investment. The focus will be on the following countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam.
