The CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) study courses, are taking part within the LL.M. program International Business Law (LL.M. IWR), and are continuing education programs offered by the University of Zurich. With its 20-years of experience, the LL.M. IWR is the longest LL.M. study course on the Swiss education market. Renowned professors, successful practitioners and personalities from the international economy and politics ensure the success of the program.

CAS Internationales Banken- Kapitalmarkt- und Versicherungsrecht
CAS International Business Transactions und Technologietransfer
CAS M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht
Duration of the course: 1 semester, app. 130 lectures (part-time basis, classes are held Friday in the afternoons and Saturday in the mornings)
Beginning of the course: September 2025
End of the course: February 2026 (+ exams)
CHF 9,500*, included in the tuition costs are the costs for course materials, examination fees as well as one block seminar (2 days).
